These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Fast Penny Cars website and to any transaction in which Fast Penny Automotive Group Inc. buys a vehicle from you or sells a reconditioned vehicle to you. By using our website or transacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide instant vehicle valuations, purchase vehicles directly from owners with on-the-spot payment and free local towing, and sell inspected, reconditioned vehicles from our inventory. We buy vehicles in a range of conditions, including non-running vehicles.

Vehicle Offers and Valuations

An offer generated through our valuation tool is an estimate based on the information you provide and is subject to verification of the vehicle and its documentation. A final offer is confirmed after inspection. Offers are valid for the period stated at the time they are issued.

Titles, Liens, and Ownership

You represent that you are the lawful owner of any vehicle you sell to us or that you are authorized to sell it. You agree to provide valid title and to cooperate in transferring ownership. We can assist with active liens or lost titles as described on our website.

Vehicle Sales and Condition

Vehicles offered for sale are inspected and reconditioned. Unless a written warranty is expressly provided, used vehicles are sold in their existing condition. Vehicle details and pricing are presented at the point of sale.

Intellectual Property

The Fast Penny Cars name, logo, website content, and valuation tools are the property of Fast Penny Automotive Group Inc. and may not be used without permission.

SMS Messaging – Promotional Marketing Only

Fast Penny Cars operates an SMS program for promotional marketing SMS messages only. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional marketing SMS messages from Fast Penny Automotive Group Inc. (Fast Penny Cars) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to [short code] to cancel at any time, and reply HELP to [short code] for help, or contact us at (888) 791-7265 or support@fastpennycars.com. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending promotional marketing SMS messages to that number. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
